Let’s face it, more often than not, B2B software is poorly designed.
Why?
Mabe because users are captive and forced by their company to work with specific tools.
Maybe because the people who buy the product are not the one using it.
Or maybe because B2B companies historically have had less of a need to develop a stong UX and product culture.
Whatever the reason, I have developed strategies, methods and tools to improve the user experience, boost user retention and attract new consumers.
